At Laevachi, every creation is individually handcrafted and tailored exclusively upon order. We do not maintain ready-to-ship inventory, as each piece is designed uniquely for its wearer.

Due to the bespoke nature of our couture, returns and exchanges are not applicable unless in the rare instance of a verified damage or manufacturing defect.

Exchange Eligibility:
* The product is received in a damaged condition.
* There is a manufacturing defect.
* You have received an incorrect item from our end.

To initiate a claim:

* You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
* A complete 360° unboxing video (from sealed package opening to full product display) and clear images are mandatory.
* The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Exchange Process:

1. Initiate Request:
. Email us at care or WhatsApp at within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Please mention your order number and the new size required.
2. Shipping the Product:
1. We currently do not offer reverse pickup. You’ll need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
2. Our team will share the return address once your request is approved.
3. Please include a note inside the package with your name, order number

3. Inspection & Credit

Once approved by our Quality Team, your amount will be credited to your Laevachi account, valid for 2 months, redeemable exclusively at Laevachi.

Exchange Fee:

1. A non-refundable shipping fee of ₹250 per product will apply when we dispatch your exchanged item.
2. Shipping and handling charges from your side are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

1. We do not offer exchanges for color, embroidery, fabric, or minor design variations, as these are natural outcomes of the design and photography process.
2. Products failing the quality check (used, damaged, washed, or missing tags) will be sent back without processing the exchange.
3. Laevachi Jaipur reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet our policy conditions.
